Headshot of Chip FossChip Foss opened Real Property Management Acadia, after twelve years of managing his own properties, he decided that he wanted to bring his attention and focus to help other owners and those looking to optimize their wealth through Real Estate. Chip has experience screening tenants, dealing with contractors, resolving resident issues or finding quick solutions to maintenance needs. Chip has years of experience in property management. He has chosen to partner with Real Property Management to bring their decades of knowledge, expertise and support to Maine.

 

Chip has been the general manager for a statewide commercial cleaning company for ten years and he has also been certified by the State of Maine to sell insurance and real estate. Chip Foss has spent his life in Maine to be near family, but has been able to grow within the industry he has been in. Chip completed his MBA in Business Management back in 2007. He has been taking steps over the years to start his own business. Being a local who grew up in Corinth, Glenburn and Bangor, he understands Mainers and this market. Currently residing in Orono. Chip wants anyone who lives and invests here to enjoy our Vacationland Life.
