Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is an application fee and this fee is used to run a credit and background check. The application fee is a non-refundable fee as each application does have a cost to the process. We want each person who applies to be confident they want the property. We do not look to take people’s money without purpose.
There are times when we may consider a refund on an application, but likely you will not likely receive a refund. If there is another property of interest we can apply your application to another property.
To get pre-qualified, only one person needs to complete an application. To get full approval on a property, EVERYONE over the age of 18 must complete an application, with no exceptions for adult students or co-signed leases.
