How do I know what is going on with my investment?
Real Property Management Acadia wants you to be in the know about your properties as much as possible without you having to make a call. We offer you an online portal to see the activity of your rental investment(s). Your monthly reports are uploaded each month, available funds are transferred to you electronically and you have ease of use and communication to see if maintenance requests are in on your property. Our goal is to allow you to be as hands off as you want to be, but to be confident and know what is going on, but if you want to call and talk with someone, you can definitely do that too.
Open communication and transparency is what we do and we don’t fear your questions. If something doesn’t make sense, we want you to ask.
